Cuts to the amount federal assistance available through the Low Income Heating Energy Assistance Program at this time are insensitive and wrong. A Government that is actually for the People...The cornerstone of the Bolivarian Revolution is the Constitution that mandates that the government must actually help the people, not with empty rhetoric but through tangible action. The actual implementation is accomplished through the Bolivarian Missions.
